Effective date: 2026-06-23
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between London System Agent (the “Service”) and its users. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is currently operated by an individual and is in a beta stage.
1. Purpose and Definitions
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service and the rights and obligations of users and the Service.
“User” means anyone who uses the Service under these Terms; “Credits” means the prepaid units topped up to use paid features.
2. Effect and Changes
These Terms take effect when posted within the Service.
We may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason in advance of any change.
3. The Service
The Service compiles natural-language requirements into agent graphs and lets you run, simulate, and deploy them.
Stub mode is free and returns dummy responses without calling any LLM; Real mode is paid and calls live LLM APIs using your BYOK keys.
We may change or discontinue parts of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
4. Accounts
Sign-up and sign-in are performed via Google OAuth.
You are responsible for managing your account and must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
5. Credits and Payment
During the current beta stage, no real charges occur for the Service. Paid features and prepaid Credit purchases apply only from formal launch.
When paid billing is introduced, we will publish a separate payment and refund policy in advance, covering payment methods, Credit top-up/deduction, and refund conditions, procedures, and deadlines. Payments are processed via a payment processor, and Credits already consumed may be non-refundable.
6. BYOK and Third-Party APIs
Costs, policies, and terms of the external LLM providers called with your BYOK keys in Real mode apply to you, and you are responsible for the resulting charges.
We do not warrant the content, availability, or billing of external providers.
7. User Obligations
You must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and the Service’s guidelines, and must not infringe others’ rights or disrupt the Service.
You are responsible for the data you input and for how you use the agents you create and run.
8. Intellectual Property
Rights to the Service itself and its software belong to the Service.
You retain rights to the content you input and to compilation outputs; the Service processes them only as needed to provide features.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Compilation/run outputs and AI-generated content are provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose; you should review results before relying on them.
We are not liable for damages arising from causes beyond our control, such as force majeure or third-party API outages.
10. Termination and Governing Law
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the Service shall be brought before the competent court.
